By accessing and using OpsPilot ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use OpsPilot for personal or commercial business management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
  • All activities that occur under their account
  • Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with applicable laws
  • Proper use of integrated third-party services (Microsoft 365, RingCentral, Square, etc.)

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information.

5. Third-Party Integrations

OpsPilot integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Microsoft 365, RingCentral, and Square. Use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

OpsPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
